The highlights 2002 present major achievements and important activities.The outlook 2003 includes subjects to be addressed during the final stage of the programme, e.g. absorption and integration, do ho harm exercise as contribution to the peace orientation 2003 and the ‘lessons learnt – best practises’ mission scheduled for February 2003.
